Groundbreaking Goal Reached April 2025 With the outstanding support of parish families, the Forward in Faith Campaign reached the Groundbreaking Goal of $10.8 million needed to begin construction of the Parish Hall and Parking Expansion. We’re now looking forward to reaching our Challenge Goal to fully fund the project without taking on additional debt.
Project Total Increases Three years ago, St. Philip’s obtained cost estimates for the Parish Hall and Parking Expansion project in order to begin fundraising. Although these estimates included significant allowances for increases, the overall cost of our project is now 3% higher.
The Forward in Faith goal of $15.6 million includes: $2.6 million Phase I debt (PAID in February 2024) $12.6 million Parish Hall & Parking construction (2022 estimate) $0.4 million 3% increase in project costs (as of 2025)
Moving Forward in Faith With the prayers and support of our parish families, we continue to make regular progress towards our Challenge Goal to fully fund the construction effort. St. Philip’s also has many commemorative donation projects in planning which will raise additional funds for the Capital Campaign. These opportunities include: art and furnishings for the planned Adoration Oratory, an outdoor Stations of the Cross walk, bells for our tower, and more. If you would like advance information about supporting any of these opportunities, please contact Angie Ortiz, Director of Development, at [email protected]
